PAYMENT AND DEPOSIT POLICY

To confirm reservations, it is essential to provide a valid credit card along with written authorization for its use under the booking conditions.
The hotel does not accept payments via bank checks.

Full prepayment of the stay is required 72 hours before the arrival date. If the full payment is not received within this period, the reservation will be completely canceled.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or deposit to the following account:
(BBVA, ACCOUNT NUMBER: 0182 3330 79 0201761381, IBAN: ES66, SWIFT: BBVAESMMXXX)
• Alternatively, a written authorization to charge the corresponding amount to a credit card must be provided, including the card number and expiration date.


CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance will incur a charge for the full reservation amount as a cancellation fee.
  • For cancellations during the stay: 100% of the total reservation will be charged.

NO SHOWS:
• For stays longer than 3 nights: The hotel will charge the first 3 nights..
• For stays of 3 nights or less: The hotel will charge 100% of the booked stay.

Only in cases of force majeure cancellations may the hotel approve an alternative policy to those mentioned above. In such cases, the hotel may request the necessary documentation to verify the claimed circumstances.

MODIFICATION POLICY
If a reservation is modified after incurring cancellation fees, these fees will still apply if the reservation is eventually canceled under the new dates.


Once the reservation is made, the hotel will only request full payment of the stay through our establishment’s WebApp. Please avoid sharing payment details through other links.
